BCDees Global operates a peer-to-peer technology platform that enables users to initiate and facilitate the transfer of funds to designated recipients through integrated, licensed, and regulated third-party financial service providers.

Technology intermediary — not a bank

BCDees does not operate as a bank, credit union, payment service provider, or deposit-taking institution. All funds are held by licensed and regulated third-party financial institutions or custodians in segregated accounts.
  • BCDees does not accept deposits or issue stored-value accounts
  • BCDees does not take beneficial or legal ownership of user funds
  • BCDees does not commingle, invest, lend, or use user funds for its own purposes
  • BCDees does not provide interest, yield, or financial returns on balances

Account

A registered user account established to access the Services

Services

The BCDees platform including websites, mobile apps, APIs, and all related features

Balance

Non-interest-bearing funds attributed to a user for facilitating Transfers

Transfer

The electronic movement of funds initiated through the Services

Recipient

The individual or entity designated to receive funds

Payment Account

A linked and authorized funding source used by a user
